Please note we recently updated all of our rental boxes.
1) They have now been set to count ALL prims on your parcel.
Your building and town provided items like trees are accounted for via an "allowance" that ensures those items are not counted against your paid for prims.
2) We have updated the system to include the SkyViewCSR which will auto-invite tenants to our rez group & auto-eject when they leave a rental box.
3) Effective Immediately all rental boxes on have 24 hrs grace period for overdue rents.
If your rental box is overdue, at 1 day it will auto-evict, return all items belonging to persons listed on the rental box and auto-eject those accounts from the rez group.
**PLEASE REMEMBER**
A friend or family member CAN pay your rental box to extend it if there is something in RL that prevents you from being online.
